Bible

Derived from the Greek word "biblia" ("books"), it refers to the books of Sacred Scripture, which, according to Catholic tradition, are the forty-six books of the Old Testament and the twenty-seven books of the New Testament. These books were composed by human authors inspired by the Holy Spirit.
